Hey shiny happy people!
I'm Tamsin and I am mum to two young boys; Finn and Ron. I am a lover of all thing exercise, yoga, pizza, cake and carbs.
I started my exercise 'journey' (it's a little cringe I know but stick with me) after my eldest son Finn was born early at 26 weeks gestation due to early onset pre-eclampsia. I had been diagnosed with PTSD and PND and couldn't really see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had gained around 3 stone after a long period of not caring for myself and when we started thinking about having our second child (Ron) I knew to reduce my risk of the same complications I needed to start looking after my health. And so my journey began.
I became physically healthy, fell in love with fitness and my body but my mental health soared; with a combination of exercise, yoga, meditation and healthy eating I am at a point where my mental health is not just manageable but it's good. It is my unwavering passion to help other women feel this way about themselves and realise just how great they can feel!

WHAT IS FITNESS ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING?
OnTRACK is a bespoke program based on a personal relationship between you and I. I will check in with your workouts and hold you accountable for your choices EVERY SINGLE DAY. We can all find a good workout program or join a gym or buy a new healthy eating cookbook, but those things will not work unless you implement them consistently every day. This is the first service in the UK dedicated to helping you manage your day to day choices and making sure you stay OnTRACK to reach your health and fitness goals.
WHY DO I NEED A FITNESS ACCOUNTABILITY COACH?
Simply because trying to change your life for the better is HARD and you shouldn't have to do it on your own. Having someone on hand to help keep you accountable is an amazing tool for really committing and creating consistency with a new routine. You won't believe the difference it makes when you know someone else is checking in with your choices everyday and that you have a dedicated support system at the touch of a button.
To make something a priority you also need to be able to talk about it. Unfortunately not everyone will understand your new priorities, not everyone will care about them as much as you need them to. I will. I will be your biggest cheerleader. I promise you that.

As this is a personal service where I will be in direct daily contact with you, places are extremely limited. I can only reasonably work with handful of clients at any one time, therefore applications for each cycle will be considered on a 'first come first served' basis. Successful applications will be notified by email. Applications are now being taken for my first cycle starting Monday 24th February 2020.
WHY SHOULD YOU BE MY COACH?
Quite simply because I have been there. Because I get it. Because I already believe in you. I already have your back and I already want you to succeed as much as you do. I know how hard it is, I've been there and I want to help you every step of the way!
DO I NEED TO LIVE IN THE UK OR EU?
iI currently accept clients in the UK and EU. Whilst I would love to work with women from all over the world, to help you stay accountable I need to be in a similar time zone to you. If you are still interested in me being your coach then do get in contact as we may be able to come up with a plan.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
The first month is £250 - Any additional months spent with the program are £150 per month.
HOW LONG WILL I STAY ON THE PROGRAM?
Clients should expect to spend 1-2 months with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue on your own, without coaching as soon as possible.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY COACH IF I SIGN UP?
As your coach it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit. I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (as there inevitably will) I will get you back 'OnTrack' as quickly a possible.
WHAT KIND OF CONTACT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM YOU?
The program is conveniently delivered through text message and voice-note, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL I BE EXPECTED TO EAT?
There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit.
WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISE AM I EXPECTED TO DO?
I firmly believe it's not WHAT you do that matters but how often you do it and that you enjoy it. All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30 mins, 6 days a week. Some days this could be a brisk walk, or yoga and other days this could be more intensive activity like strength training. This is your fitness journey, you get to decide what you do. All I ask is that you enjoy what you do and give it your best go.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
As this program has a substantial workout component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your Doctor before submitting your application.
